Reflection 4

Final Reflection- Critical Thinking

In this course we learned different principles about critical thinking, which is another word for evaluating a problem. We learned how to gather information, analyze it and study it. We also learned how to back up our information with evidence. Critical thinking will help up with different courses and majors in the college because it help me to think outside the box. So in the future we will not have any problems to understand and analyze any topic or issue.

In the course we also learned strategies of how to be cognitive thinker.  As a cognitive thinker i learned how to deduct and conclude and infer. We did this by working on a few scientific projects like "making toast" or "finding demand of products in the market" and then analyzing the informations we get.

Reversibly, we also learned the things that will stop us from being cognitive thinkers. So now I know what we must avoid in the future and what will stop me from analyzing things. On the other hand I learned that being a cognitive thinker is important to evaluate and make arguments. For example, if I think some product or issue is a good thing, then I know how to conclude it is a good thing and to convince my family and friends to buy it.  This is also called reasoning through strategies and concepts we learned in the course, specifically in case studies.

Finally, I think this course enhanced by critical thinking in life. When I want to buy something or when someone tells me about an issue or topic, I know what strategy to use in order to make conclusions about it. I also learned how to make surveys and the important features in them. I learned how to analyze and I also learned how to make experiments. I really think I developed in this area when I studied this course.
